We will also cover the specifics you need to know for selling your property. This will include the legal paperwork, staging/home preparation tips, the best process for showings of your home, and important market stats.


3. Preparing for Market
We’ll start establishing a timeline for preparing your home. This will include updates, repairs, inspections, a photoshoot, marketing materials, and a preliminary showing schedule. With your home looking it’s best, I’ll help you competitively price and position your home based on relevant data in your market.
4. Going Live
We will hit the ground running with beautiful marketing designed to draw in the right buyers and command strong offers. You’ll be kept in the loop on upcoming showings and any feedback we receive from buyers. As offers come in, I will provide you with the information you need to make the best decisions for you and your home.
5. Contract to Close
